Overview
This four-mile trail makes a complete loop, leading hikers along a year-long stream for part of the journey. Timber shades much of the trail during the summertime. Features of the trail include bird watching and varied indigenous vegetation. During the months of May through July, hikers may view the azaleas in bloom. Guests should note that this journey includes a steep section, thus the trail holds a moderate rating and is not ideal for children or beginning hikers.
