This place is a shrine to the steak and eating well. The Saska is a 10-ounce piece of top sirloin steak, broiled perfectly by chefs who know the difference between rare and medium rare. There is also a huge selection each night of sushi, sashimi and combination platters, with the signature Dynamite Lobster, a choice tail served in spicy Dynamite sauce. Service is casual but competent and friendly. Vaguely Nouveau Deco and very pink exterior contrasts with the solidly traditional red leather booths and steaks that are the mainstay of this restaurant.
