Watching the chefs prepare the homemade pasta dishes is almost as much fun as eating them, but not quite. The ambiance is that of Tuscany with a touch of San Francisco. Salads begin with the Caesar and then get creative. Entrees include Mezzelune di Melenzane, Malfatti al Funghetto, Capellinii Malafemmina, Pennette Casareccia and Ravioli di Aragosta. There are more than a dozen kinds of martinis, and the wine selection ranges from Pinot Noir and Chateau de Baun to Louis Roederer Cristal.
