Play it safe with simple dishes like Marinated Chicken Filets sauteed in butter and garlic. For something more adventurous, try the roasted chicken stuffed with sweet rice, chicken, ground pork, mushrooms and onions or the Thai-style Beef Curry with coconut milk.
