Before a day of shopping on the Union Street strip, enjoying hip boutiques and unique gift shops, fuel up with a breakfast from this Cow Hollow favorite. It was voted 'Best San Francisco Brunch' by Travel and Leisure magazine in 1995. Usually busy with hungry neighbors, this restaurant is friendly and casual. It is more like a small-town gathering place than an eatery in an upscale neighborhood. Menu staples include eggs with lots of meat side dishes, buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh fruit, specialty omelets, salads and sandwiches. If you are looking for something new and unusual, try the Peach Chutney Omelet topped with sour cream.
