Overview
The Yosemite Institute is a non-profit organization and offers special residential programs for students, youngsters and families, in which information about nature and nature studies is provided. This 30-year-old program is conducted in a hands-on and exploratory manner and there are experts guiding you. Information on how to conserve nature and delicate ecosystems is also given. Classes are held throughout the year - a fun way to explore nature and join in the efforts to save Mother Earth. There are three starting locations for programs: Curry Village, Crane Flat Campus and Camp Wawona.
