Cafe de Paris, Boulder

Cafe de Paris, located in the middle of Downtown Louisville, is a lovely international coffeehouse in a fantastic location. Within easy walking distance of all of the old town area, Cafe de Paris offers a place to stop for drinks or a small meal whether you've been shopping, browsing the historical district, visiting the park, or even bar-hopping in the evening. The coffee is made from fresh, organic beans, the sandwiches range from crab and cheese melts to eggplant and polenta, wine and beer are available alongside the hot and iced drinks, and live music and other events are scheduled five nights a week or more. Cafe de Paris is quite small but does not to reservations before dinner so be prepared to wait or put in your name and enjoy exploring the area in the meantime.
