Eggcredible Cafe, Boulder

Attached to the Days Inn within Boulder, Co., the Eggcredible Cafe offers affordable breakfasts and brunches for hotel patrons and outside visitors. Eggcredible's menu offers entrées such as omelets, breakfast platters, specialty waffles, french toast and breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The cafe uses locally grown, organic ingredients. The food and drinks are affordable and special deals are offered daily. The cafe itself is small but cozy, built to resemble an old-fashioned log cabin.
