Nick 'n' Willy's Pizza, Boulder

Nick 'n' Willy's Pizza is the first of many Boulder-based food places to branch out across the nation in recent years. The very first Nick 'n' Willy's store is located on the far west end of the Pearl Street mall, within convenient walking distance of both free parking and the most popular bars and restaurants on the mall. The pizzeria only serves salads, focaccia sandwiches, desserts, and of course pizza. However, the sheer amount of pizza options, from classics to build-your-own, to unusual combos (like their Roman Feta Pesto pie), mean that there's something for every type of eater. Nick 'n' Willy's original store is quite small and very busy, but the store also offers a take-and-bake option if you call ahead.
