Experience the adventure and excitement of the majestic Rocky Mountains raging down the Upper Colorado River. Well, maybe not raging but definitely exciting and a great way to take in the scenery. Rocky Mountain Adventures offers everything from half to three day trips on class II and III rapids, so it's thrilling without being too dangerous. Trips depart from Kremmling, about two hours west of Boulder, and the drive is an adventure in itself winding through canyons and offering spectacular scenery. They also offer fly fishing trips, training classes, sell gear, and have locations all over Colorado.
