Overview

This funky pizza joint on University Hill serves the best pizza in town. There is a long-standing rumor that Robert Redford worked as a janitor here during his short stint at CU. The pizzeria stays open late, making it popular with the college crowd. Pizza comes in three crust choices based on density. Saving the crust and then dipping it in honey at the end of the meal is a tradition here. Burgers and Mexican fare round out the menu. The restaurant closes at 10p, but the bar is open until 2a.
