Nosh, Colorado Springs

Located in Downtown Colorado Springs, Nosh is a restaurant serving American cuisine. The portions are large and packed with flavor, a real treat for your taste buds. Ordinarily, you may grimace at the thought of Brussels sprouts, but this restaurant manages to turn them into a real delicacy, what with the addition of kochujang chili sauce, candied citrus zest and polenta. Other plates you can share with the group include roasted cauliflower, chicken and waffles and grilled steak. Spicy bowls of classic shrimp and tofu are also scrumptious. Happy Hour is from 3p to 8p on Mondays, and from 3p to 6p, Tuesday through Friday.
