The weekend mariachi band and outdoor dining are the best aspects of a meal at El Noa Noa, but not because the food is so-so, but because it is so standard. The large open dining room moves with a constant frenzy and tends to be loud, especially if a band takes the stage. The standards are all here, including burritos, enchiladas and tacos.
