New Saigon Restaurant the dining-gem is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Denver and has been applauded around the city and won the 'Best Vietnamese Restaurant' multiple times. On weekends the place gets packed and tables are hard to come by, but the food is definitely worth the wait. The simple décor is nothing special, but the place is comfortable and serves great food. The menu offers a wild variety of dishes ranging from chicken and pork to Dungeness crab and frog legs. Vietnamese coffee and the ever-popular coconut juice are also available.
