Though it calls itself a "churascaria" (steak house), Texas De Brazil is a meat-eater's paradise: roasted Angus beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and Brazilian sausage – vegetarians may be converted – all of which are carved at your table and served hot with garlic mashed potatoes and fried sweet bananas as well as your choice of additions, from a 40-item salad bar to a variety of sides, appetizers, and desserts.
