Foods of Vail, located in Avon, is a catering company with a retail location where patrons can stop in and pick up whole gourmet meals ready to eat. Family-size specialties include pot pies, casseroles, thai-style curries, a number of pastas, enchiladas and more. A whole list of delectable soups can be purchased by the quart, and freshly baked artisan breads can be purchased by the loaf. Finger foods such as spring rolls, dumplings, stuffed mushrooms, jalapeno poppers and mini quiche are available by the dozen.
