Mirabelle at Beaver Creek, Vail

This mountain side restaurant is considered to be the location of the first home built in Beaver Creek. Besides its history, Mirabelle is a four-star restaurant serving uniquely enticing dishes in a comfortable "home style" environment. Renowned Master Chef/owner, Daniel Joly, brings his much acclaimed cooking skills to the restaurant and strives to make every guests dinning experience one that will leave them completely satisfied and awaiting for their next visit.
