Headed by Chef Tom Power, the Corduroy is the premiere restaurant of the Four Points Sheraton Hotel. It features a delicious modern American menu with salmon, prime rib and an extensive dessert menu which highlights Chef Power's training with Master Pastry Chef Michel Richard. To show off his skills, Chef Power makes his own ice cream with different flavors each day of the week.
