Florida Avenue Grill is a southern-style restaurant based in North West Washington. Inside the restaurant you will find a long counter with round, spinning stools and the walls are covered with snapshots of celebs that have visited Florida Grill. There are also few booths located a little away. The decor is very simple giving it a very minimalistic look. What people come here for is the food. Enter this joint with an empty stomach because the portions are large and filling. The menu generally consists of Southern dishes in chicken, beef, pork and vegetables. Breakfast is their specialty and they really cook up some great morning meals like pancakes, sausages and onion-laced corned beef hash. The place does get crowded on weekends.
