Overview
A favorite with college students and recent graduates, Garrett's Restaurant & Railroad Tavern is a fun place to hang out in the evening. The main floor can get a bit crowded, but an upstairs terrace has plenty of room. Dance to the tunes on the jukebox or just relax and visit with friends. As in any good pub, the burgers here are very good. However, the menu is more extensive, with choices such as grilled salmon, pasta dishes and authentic North Carolina barbecue.
