Nestled in the first floor of the lavish Ritz Carlton, the West End Bistro offers diners a peak into the mind of master chef Eric Ripert. Ripert, a talented and highly praised chef who gained fame in NYC, opened the West End Bistro in autumn 2007. The menu is heavy on the seafood with delectable dishes such as rich Chesapeake Bay Stew, Brown Butter Skate and Fish Burger with Fennel and Aioli; but offers many culinary delights such as Rabbit Rilettes, Cauliflower Couscous and Shenandoah Valley leg of lamb. A light and airy feel permeates the dining room as windows flood the floor from either side. As an added summer bonus, the Bistro also has outdoor seating to enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.
