Overview

A big restaurant overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, with its constant flow of watercraft, California Cafe offers something to see both inside and out. A popular spot open only on weekends, the cafe attracts a sophisticated crowd, particularly in winter when many of the diners are guests of the chic Hyatt Regency Pier 66 Hotel, of which this restaurant is a part. Caribbean flavors are featured and California contemporary culinary touches are in evidence. There's also a Sunday brunch here, one of the few in town.
