The Swisher Theater, located at The Jacksonville University opened its doors to much fanfare in January 2007. The theater is a state-of-the-art teaching and performance center. Students gain experience with industry-standard lighting and stage controls while presenting University and public performances—a great advantage to students who want to make the stage their career.
