Chef owner Luis Ramirez, or “Lou,” has succeeded in creating a sleek and inviting alfresco and poolside eatery. The food is tasty and portions are filling. The menu has old staples like pizza, buffalo wings and quesadillas, but it also introduces more interesting dishes like tripe crostini and some squid dishes that present a nice mixture of flavors. Fresh herbs and spices are the secret, and all can be washed down with a selection of fine beers and wines. There are always new dishes on the menu according to the availability of ingredients. One drawback: they do not serve desserts! The restaurant opens at 1p on Sundays, but closing times vary.
