The Miami Design District has become an IN place of late and new additions, come and go. This new place has replaced Brosia and is located off a 4,000-square-foot courtyard: Oak Plaza. The decoration has remained mostly the same: mosaic murals in greens and blues, relaxed seating and shade outside; golden lights and oranges, mahogany and glass inside. The food is mostly pizzas, tapas and some main dishes of Northern Italian cuisine. The new owners also run Tiramisu on South Beach, and this is a welcome addition. Try their "white" pizzas, the fried artichokes with mint aioli and the very interesting venison ravioli. Take advantage of the "Beat the Clock" special; from 5p to 7p, the price you pay for pizzas depends on the time you place your order, for example 6 USD at 6p. - Mercedes de Marchena
