Only a precious few Italian restaurants let you witness pasta being made. The Pasta Factory literally churns out pasta from antiquated machines, in full view of the dining room. Homemade pasta is the specialty here, although there are also chicken, veal, beef, sausage and seafood dishes to choose from. Take your pick from an array of savory sauces. This is a family-style restaurant, so be prepared to see a lot of children. The atmosphere is upbeat and casual.
