This American kitchen is in its second life; after being destroyed in a 1995 fire, the restaurant was recovered and is now in sparkling condition. Most dishes are French-influenced including Pate served with Onion Relish, Duckling in Caramelized Orange Sauce, and other decadent classics. For dessert, chocolate soufflé is a must. The dining room is elegant and refined; be certain to reserve in advance. The glowing light of chandeliers and soft live piano music create a four-star experience. On Mondays till Thursdays it opens from 5.30 pm.
