Believe it or not, you will not find much in the way of salmon here, aside from the owner, whose last name is Salmon. This is in fact a deliciously authentic Peruvian restaurant. The specialty here is a white-fleshed fish called Corbina. Whether you choose to try it with seafood or a fresh coriander sauce, you will be pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is informal and comfortable.
