Overview

Trendy Japanese restaurants are still very much in-style - and this is one of the trendiest in the city. The stark, modern architecture is beautiful, but not too intimidating; however, the formidably huge, exposed wine cellar in the sake bar is jaw-dropping. The cuisine puts huge emphasis on fresh ingredients and unusual pairings; the spicy tuna roll with green chili sauce will get your tongue tingling. The king crab with ponzu butter is invariably delicious. Zuma is popular with locals, so be sure to make reservations. Closed on Sundays.
