C&S Brisket Truck , Orlando

C&S Brisket Truck is a mobile gourmet delicatessen owned and operated by Chris and Stew. They use homemade condiments; fresh-baked breads and they cure, smoke and braise all of the meats themselves. Locations frequented include University of Central Florida (UCF), Ocoee, Winter Park, Maitland, Lake Lily, Oviedo and numerous other Orlando area events and sites.
