Canaveral National Seashore , Orlando

Found southeast of Orlando, Canaveral National Seashore is located on a barrier island on the east coast of the state, just a short distance north of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex (NASA) and Cocoa. Get back to nature and discover a native Florida, including an untouched beach, lagoon and dunes that are home to numerous wildlife and plants. Activities offered in the park consist of camping, fishing, boating, swimming, surfing, canoeing, ranger-led programs, and hiking or walking on various trails, plus a self-guided scenic drive.
