This restaurant's décor features scenes from Florida's famous Everglades National Park. With sculptures of manatees, birds, fish and the rare and endangered Florida panther dominating the dining room, the restaurant's design scheme is accompanied by a variety of menu items just as intriguing. You can try Venison or Blackened Lamb Chops. Blackened Red Snapper is an interesting version of that Florida fish favorite. You'll find a good wine list and attire is professional to casual.
