Even at 6,800+ yards from the Blue tees, it's short for a Clifton course. He specialized in brutally long tracks. This particular course demands accuracy as opposed to distance. Pine trees menace both sides of most fairways. Subtle mounding can be found around most greens. There are a number of potential disasters on every hole. The par-3s, par-4s, and par-5s are all of standard length.
