There's nothing fancy about the atmosphere at Shin Jung but the restaurant is clean and features simple decor that doesn't distract from the basic business of dining. Entrees include such items as Hawe Nang Myun – a dish of cold noodles and hot spices and Al By Tang - a beef-rib soup.
