Teppan Edo, Orlando

Teppan Edo is one of Walt Disney World, Epcot Center restaurants and can be found in the World Showcase Japan pavilion. The setting is traditional Japanese with numerous rooms that have teppanyaki (hibachi) grill tables that seat eight people. A Japanese chef prepares the food right in front of you and puts on an incredible show of slicing and dicing, tossing and lighting on fire all of the superb home-style Japanese creations. Teppan Edo's menu includes sushi and sashimi, along with sake, Kirin beer, green tea and much more. The atmosphere is authentic Japanese with the traditional music playing softly in the background, the genuine servers and the beautiful and stylish décor found throughout. - Diane Dilov-Schultheis
