Combining fresh seafood from the Caribbean and around the world with exotic spices, Aqua Marine Grill creates masterpieces from sea creatures. This is the first US location and follows its counterpart in Aruba by providing friendly island service in Florida. Try the Lobster Salad served with celery root and teardrop tomatoes for an appetizer or Seared Chilean Seabass deglazed with shallots, capers, and lemon; served with asparagus, fingerling potatoes, and fried basil.
