Overview

This is an authentic rib shack such as you used to find in every little town from Richmond to New Orleans. You can eat barbecue in a nice fancy kitchen, but it's not quite the same. Ashby's puts out barbecue the way it should be. Hot and always cooking. And in a shack. As any veteran of the pork game will tell you, great sauce makes all the difference. Sandwiches and pork plates are the consistent favorites, but the slaw and potato salad are worth a taste, too.
