Popular in the 1920s, the Biltmore House was one of the first boutique hotels and apartments in the city of Atlanta. Located in the heart of Midtown, it was certainly a place to be and be seen. The architecture of the building is described as having Neo-Georgian detailing and was a pioneer in the "New South" look that was up and coming during this era. Now it is a historic attraction while much of it has been restored and renovated to house apartments that are still used today.
