Located in the W Atlanta-Downtown, Drinkshop is a hot spot for late-night cocktails and conversation. The brainchild of renowned New York mixologist Sasha Petraske, Drinkshop is all about artistic cocktails made from the freshest ingredients. A fruit-juicing and vegetable-extraction station takes center stage as all of the mixers are made in-house. Even the ice is artfully crafted, whether in spheres, pellets or chipped from the tip of a 300-pound illuminated ice block that sits prominently on the bar. Drink specialties include the gin and honey-based "Bee's Knees" or the "Drink Shop Swizzle," a concoction made from mint, lime, rum and bitters.
