Showcasing the cuisine of several regions of China, this neighborhood favorite keeps a pretty low profile despite the wonderful creations of its kitchen. Although the decor is not particularly extravagant and the comfortable ambiance is rather, well, ordinary, the locals would kill for a joint with this kind of fast, affordable chow mein.
