Once the food is served, your eyes never leave your plate. Share tapas like dolmades (tomato and bulgur wheat wrapped in grape leaves), the classic spanakopita (a thin pastry over spinach and feta), or Watermelon Salad with feta, onions, and watermelon sorbet. Try a slightly bigger dish like eggplant stew with onions and tomatoes or baby beets with potato garlic spread. You could also dive straight into a hearty meal of simply seasoned authentic Greek whole fish like royal dorade or lavraki.
