Housed in the Studioplex loft development in the heart of the Old Fourth Ward, Serpas True Food offers contemporary Southern cuisine in a hip, urban environment. Step inside Serpas, and you'll find an expansive mural of a cotton blossoms, which pays homage to the building's history as a cotton warehouse. Exposed brick walls, warm lighting and a large patio with city views create a wonderful dining space. Founder and executive chef Scott Serpas explores his Louisiana roots on the restaurant's eclectic menu.
