Takorea, Atlanta

A pleasant combination is derived from an unlikely pair in Takorea. This Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant was started as a way to bring the Korean tradition of the street food cart to Atlanta. Tapas style is the best way to go in order to sample all the different flavors of the menu. Take a seat in the beautifully decorated patio or dining room and taste pulled pork sliders with cucumber kimchi and bimbimbop, a bowl of rice, meats, and veggies that was featured on Best Thing I Ever Ate by Alton Brown. After eating all the flavorful, chili-infused creations, a jalapeño margarita won't taste so spicy, but it sure will cool you down.
