  My horrible experience at this hotel began the moment I entered the front sliding doors. The two representatives behind the counter were dressed inappropriately and offensively (a man with his shirt wide open, women wearing a halter top with her shoulders and breasts widely exposed.) I was met with "I'll be right with you babygirl" Forgive me, but I don't expect to be called pet names by hotel staff whilst my husband waits outside with our vehicle and luggage. Then after waiting nearly 20 minutes while the guy cussed and got frustrated and told me about his late night and how I needed to be patient, I was talked back to in a very rude tone, and then sent to a hotel room that was OCCUPIED by another gentleman (who by the way said he was having a similarly horrible experience.) After approaching the front desk again to complain this time with husband in tow, he proceeded to be very rude again then offered me a "suite" which turned out to be a regular room with two tables and chair, and a horribly messy closet, with no bar to hang our clothes, a dirty bathroom with barely and toilet tissue...and a horrible bed you'd expect of a motel. Worst experience ever, asked for cancellation was met with argument, then $80 authorization hold was on my account for 4 days following. DONT EVEN BOTHER AT THIS HOTEL.   This Hotel has horrible customer service over charged my Debit card and the manager had his workers lie about calling me back and never did. I would not stay with them EVER again...   Read More
