A Savannah institution, Churchill's is your classic English pub with a Southern twist. The interior, all brick and burnished wood, is pure British Isles, while the food menu—crab cakes, English sausage rolls, shrimp and grits, bangers and mash—hops back and forth across the pond. The extensive beer list has a similar "special relationship" feel—try a Hobgoblin English Brown Ale (England) or a Fat Tire Amber Ale (USA). We think it's best for a late-afternoon beer and a chat with some friendly locals. Dinnertime can be crowded.
