Overview
Located along Mamalahaoa Highway in Kainaliu, this landmark building has been preserved in it's original plantation style architecture, rescued from being turned into a movie cinema. The theater was once a place where workers from the coffee plantations would come to escape from their toil and topical heat. Today it has a full schedules of live stage community performances that range from productions of Grease to The Diary of Anne Frank. The theater is still a proud landmark of the tiny town of Kainaliu and also sports a small café that is popular with area residents.
