Situated on Hilton Waikoloa Village's man-made lagoon, Boat Landing Cantina is a great place for a mid-day snack or a sunset cocktail. This pretty little eatery is similar to any other pier restaurant—with one exception. It isn't really on a pier! Still, you might manage to forget that tiny fact for a while, especially if the lagoon's resident dolphins decide to come out and play! The menu features an array of sandwiches, appetizers and salads. Sushi is also served. There is a full bar with special emphasis on island specialty cocktails.
