Located at the swanky Fairmont Orchid along the spectacular Kohala Coast, this restaurant is the namesake of chef Norio Yamamoto. It is tucked away near the picturesque garden within the plush hotel and offers a peaceful setting to enjoy your food. The 14 seat sushi bar is an intimate avenue for enjoying some of the finest sushi on the island. The menu comprises some of the choicest cuts of aged meats. Almost all the kitchen ingredients are locally sourced from the island and are organic wherever possible. Apart from steaks, the menu throws up some excellent seafood creations that are worth trying. Chef Ogasawara's tasting menu offers great diversity and is worth a try if you don't have anything particular in mind.
