One Plus One Cafe is small, casual and popular with area locals, shoppers and the younger set. If you're looking for flavorful and cheap fast food, but are tired of burgers, this is the place. The ambiance is clean, plain and not memorable, but the service is attentive. This eatery offers up simple Vietnamese food; their specialty is a wonderfully tasty summer roll. There are also yummy lettuce cups with spiced beef or chicken as well as a good selection of noodle soups. One of the more popular dishes is the garlic shrimp served with rice. Parking is free but the lot is shared with a very busy Walmart.
