Located in the heart of Hawi, this small sushi spot offers a décor that is colorful and creative. This can also be said for the menu, which includes an extensive list of colorful and creative selections. The sushi bar is located in a plantation era building that has a lot of character and a funky feel. There is nothing simple or plain here since they have blackened sashimi and mahi mahi ceviche, along with crostini bites and complete dinners. Sushi Rock is definitely worth a lunchtime exploration with its funky overtones. Moreover, this place also has a great bar with creative cocktails.
